We are not responsible for any damage incurred after the item has been shipped or once it is in your possession. We encourage you to store your jewelry in a safe and secure place to prevent any unnecessary damage.

Shipping Damages

While we take great care to pack your items securely, we are not liable for any damages that may occur during shipping. We recommend inspecting your package upon arrival to ensure it is in good condition.

In the rare event your item(s) arrive damaged or faulty, or your package gest lost in transit, then you must Contact Us and notify us within 24 hours of receiving your jewelry to start an investigation.

To ensure the accuracy and fairness of our claims process, a 360° uncut parcel opening video is required for all claims related to missing or damaged items. This video must clearly show the entire unboxing process from all angles, ensuring that we can verify the condition of the item upon arrival.
