Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping to various countries. Shipping rates and delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location. You can check the shipping details at checkout.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped.
At this time only standard tracked shipping options are available with estimated shipping timelines as below:
Canada – Standard Shipping Tracked (2-8 business days)
U.S. – Standard Shipping Tracked (5-11 business days)
Rest of the world – Standard International Shipping Tracked (5-23 business days)

Am I able to exchange and/or return my purchase?
At Jewels & Gems by Kajal, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Please ensure that you carefully review your purchase before completing your order. For more information, please visit our Refund Policy page.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has already been shipped, we will be unable to process a cancellation. Custom orders cannot be canceled.
Can I change my order?
If you would like to change your order please contact us on our Instagram or Email as soon as possible. Once your item has been shipped, we are unable to change your order. Custom orders cannot be changed once confirmed.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been accepted, you will receive an ‘order processing’ and/or ‘payment confirmation’ email to acknowledge that your payment has been successfully received and processed.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number on the carrier’s website to track your shipment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through major credit cards, debit cards, and payment services like Stripe, Square, and Interac e-Transfer (Canada only). You can select your preferred method during checkout.
Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?

- Store with Care – store pieces in a dry, airtight box or zip-lock bag to prevent tarnishing.
- Keep each item separate to avoid tangling or scratching.
- Handle Gently – handle your jewelry with dean, dry hands.
- Put on your jewelry last after applying makeup. perfume, or hairspray.
- Clean with Love – gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth after each use to remove oils/sweat.
- Avoid using liquid cleaners, they may damage the finish.
Are the colors of the jewelry on the website accurate?
At Jewels & Gems by Kajal, we make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, pricing, and images. However, due to the nature of antique and handcrafted items, actual products may vary slightly from images and descriptions.
Additionally, most of the stones used in our jewelry are translucent, which can cause slight color variations depending on lighting. The appearance of the jewelry may differ in various photos; for example, the stones may appear darker when placed on a table, while they may seem brighter when displayed on a mannequin due to increased light exposure.
